FUNERAL FLOWERS PLUS MATAMATA FESTIVAL OF FLOWERS
Your first stop in this edition of floral design magazine is the Matamata Festival of Flowers where dozens of people who just love to arrange flowers got together to produce superb floral displays based on musicals such as The Lion King, Pirates of Penzance, South Pacific etc. The result is a world of inspirational and beautiful floral ideas for themeing events, making a sensation at a party or for planning the next theme for your dinner party table.
Your next stop is the floristry school in Auckland, New Zealand run by the MIT. The wonderful tutors organised us so you were able to see the students putting their funeral arrangements together for their assessments and we photographed them step by step. The result is a wonderful group of 11 lessons ranging from the easy to the more technically difficult.. although none of them will be beyond you as you can follow the detailed pictures and instructions.
